Panel Manager ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Panel Manager mobile application available on iPhone and iPad, and the website at panelmngr.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

By using Panel Manager, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account information you provide when creating an account:

• Full name
• Email address
• Encrypted password (we never store your password in plain text)

Project data you create inside the app:

• Panel schedules, circuit names, load information, and project details
• Job names, addresses, and job numbers you enter
• Share codes you generate or join

Usage data collected automatically:

• Device type (iPhone or iPad) and operating system version
• App version
• Crash reports and basic diagnostics

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Store and sync your panel schedules across devices
• Enable crew sharing via share codes
• Send password reset emails when requested
• Improve app reliability and fix bugs
• Respond to support requests

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Firebase is a trusted cloud platform used by millions of applications worldwide.

As the operator of this app, we have administrative access to data stored in our Firebase database. This access is used solely for providing app functionality and resolving support issues. We do not routinely read your panel data.

Your password is managed exclusively by Firebase Authentication and is never accessible to us in plain text.

When you share a project using a share code, the project data (panel schedule, circuits, and project details) becomes accessible to anyone who enters that code. You are responsible for only sharing codes with individuals you intend to give access to.

Joined projects are associated with your account so they can be restored when you log in on a new iPhone or iPad.

We retain your account data and panel schedules for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below and we will process your request within 30 days.

Shared project data stored under a share code is retained until the project owner deletes it or requests removal.

Panel Manager is designed for use by professional electricians and contractors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Panel Manager uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database storage, crash reporting, and analytics

We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Update your display name at any time within the app
